As per our conversation earlier today, it is more than my pleasure to bring to your attention THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I have received from one of your staff, Theo du Toit.
Obviously, I can speak for myself only but I doubt that she’ll behave differently with the other customers. She is very knowledgeable, very friendly and, definitely, ready to go for an extra mile to help the customer. I have only one problem: I don’t find the right words to express my whole gratitude for her assistance. Having said that, I would love to believe that SHE WON’T BE FORGOTTEN WHEN THE REVIEW PERIOD COMES AGAIN! Going for a summary, it was, it is and, I hope, it will be a pleasure to do business with you.
